Incoming local Calls refers to the customer of Grid Mobile receiving incoming calls, not subjected to only the roaming country you're in.
Outgoing local calls refers to outgoing local calls in Roaming country (dependent on the country you are in)
What does the "Local" incoming and outgoing charges in the Roaming Rates means? Does that mean only numbers from the Roaming Countries or numbers from Singapore?
